EMG P90 & Soapbar Style Pickups (7)
Originally used by Gibson before the development of the humbucker, the P90 or Soapbar pickup is a single coil pickup that features more windings and a bigger size than those used on Fender guitars. These factors both give the P90 its characteristic sound - bright and transparent, but with a powerful midrange. Great for guitarists that like the cut and twang of a single coil, but with the power of a humbucker.
