Instrument Rentals

GigGear Instrument rental from only £20 per month

The GigGear musical instrument rental scheme is designed to take away all the hassle involved in taking those first few steps on the road to learning a new instrument. Using the scheme, you can learn on a high quality, professionally set up instrument safe in the knowledge that we are here to help when you need us.

There is a fixed monthly cost for your rental and servicing for standard wear and tear is all included. We actually have an instrument technician based at our Harlow store so you can always be sure of a quick, high quality service.

 

What does it cost?

  • There is a £20.00 setup fee on a rental instrument which covers the cost of a professional check and setup which is only payable once. This fee also includes the cost of a new mouthpiece on clarinets and saxophones.
  • The minimum rental term is 6 months and there is no maximum term.
  • Monthly rental prices are as follows:

 

Flute, clarinet = £20.00 per month

Alto/Tenor Saxophone = £30.00 per month

 

How do I rent an instrument?

  • You need to bring in two forms of identification such as a photo driving license and a recent utility bill (No mobile phone bills please)
  • Fill in a simple form in store and pay your setup fee and first months rental in advance
  • We will then take your monthly rental fee on the same day each month via credit or debit card without you needing to do anything else
