Guitar Repairs
Over the years, our resident technician, Barrie Palmer has repaired and modified countless guitars and basses and is regarded by many as the only sensible choice for your instrument. We have a dedicated workshop onsite at our Harlow store filled with all the specialist tools needed for a truly professional service.
No job is too big or too small so whether it's a simple clean and restring, total re-fret or GK Synth pickup installation we can accommodate!
Saturday Guitar Clinic
We operate a while you wait guitar repair surgery on Saturdays for those urgent repairs or modifications that just can't wait. It does get busy so think about reserving your place before the day.
Brass & Woodwind
We also offer an onsite brass and woodwind servicing and repair service. We have invested heavily in all the professional tools and cater for servicing, problem solving, re-padding, re-springs and much more.
As an added benefit to our onsite workshop, we are ideally positioned to offer you the most comprehensive pre and after sales service around. All instruments found for sale in our stores and online, both new and used, undergo vigorous checks and setup procedures to ensure of quality. Plus if you do have a problem, there is always someone on site to help.
Remember that all of our instrument repairs are carried out in store in our onsite workshop.
