At the end of your session or rehearsal, you'll have a 16-bit, 44.1 stereo wav file, or an MP3 at up to 192kbps so you can listen to your performance and move it to your computer, music player, or phone. The TwoTrack is portable, easy to use and packed with useful features. You can easily mount it on standard camera stands or on the optional Alesis Mic Stand Adapter, which allows the TwoTrack to be placed on a mic stand. If you have a favorite microphone that you'd like to record with, the TwoTrack features a convenient mic/line input right on its side for mono or stereo sources. You can even mount and connect the TwoTrack to compatible video cameras and greatly enhance the sound of your videos.

The TwoTrack's microphone gain control is ergonomically designed to be right under your thumb or forefinger for easy adjustment, and you can easily monitor each mic's level on the TwoTrack's backlit LCD screen. A red LED indicates when you are recording and turns off whenever your signal clips, giving you a visual indication that gain adjustment is needed. If you don't want to worry about adjusting the gain manually, simply turn on the automatic gain control and the TwoTrack will monitor and adjust levels automatically to keep them consistent and virtually eliminate distortion.
