The Rickenbacker 4003 Bass is a bass of legendary fame. It delivers a completely unique tone thanks to its pickups, design and it's optional mono/stereo outputs.

The Rickenbacker 4003 Bass in Fireglo finish is a legendary bass, not only in it's standout looks but it's infamous thunderous tone too.

Just look at some famous players that have played Rickenbacker basses - Paul McCartney, Chris Squire (Yes), Lemmy (Motorhead), Bruce Foxton (The Jam), Roger Waters (Pink Floyd), John Entwistle (The Who) - and you realise that Ricky basses deliver where the Pro's need it to.

The Maple body is complimented with a Maple neck that adorns a Rosewood fingerboard featuring the 'Triangle' inlays. The RIC tailpiece and bridge ensure of rock solid tuning and help produce great sustain.

The 2 single coil pickups is where the 4003 really throws caution to the wind and lets the bass really power home its tonal prowess - delivering ringing sustain, great treble punch and solid, underlying bass.

The "Rick-O-Sound" output allows the output to be routed to two different ouputs, i.e the brighter bridge pick up can go through a guitar rig with some distortion and the bassier neck pickup through a bass amp to produce the fat lows.

All in all the Rickenbacker 4003 is a totally unique bass that has good versatility but all delivered with that Ricky tone, feel and style.
