Fender Vintera '60s Jazzmaster Modified
The Fender Vintera '60s Jazzmaster Modified gives you all the mojo of a vintage instrument paired with a selection of modern day appointments, giving you the best of both worlds!
The Vintera '60s Jazzmaster Modified stays true to its roots with its alder body shaped into the distinctive offset design. Things take a contemporary turn with the neck. Satin finished and with a Modern C profile, it feels great in the hand and makes playing faster. The neck is then topped with a modern 9.5" radius pau ferro fingerboard and set with medium jumbo frets, great for chording, soloing and big bends in the upper register.
Fender have loaded the Vintera 60s Jazzmaster Modified with a pair of re-voiced, hot Jazzmaster pickups, designed to be more to deliver plenty of warmth and articulation, just with a hotter output. The pickups are wried through the traditional and hugely versatile Lead / Rhythm circuits, making it easy to dial in preset rhythm and lead tones and then easily switch between the two.
Fender have moved the tremolo system closer to the bridge (Adjusto-matic) for this model, providing a better break angle and reducing that Jazzmaster ring.
Other appointments include a 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard, vintage stule tuners and a 4-bolt neck plate.
The guitar comes complete with a padded Fender Deluxe gig bag.
