M-audio Oxygen 25 USB / MIDI Controller Keyboard

This M-Audio Oxygen 25 USB / MIDI Keyboard Controller is the latest incarnation of the ever popular unit. It features 25 full size keys and a host of knobs, pads and buttons making it ideal for studio work, a great laptop/iPad production companion or for the live DJ performance.

The Oxygen 25 is a compact unit delivering a 2 octave keyboard that is ideal for laying down simple key parts, basslines or programming beats - a perfect laptop companion. You can also connect the controller to iOS devices via Apple's Camera Connection Kit.

A new addition for this latest version is the 8 velocity sensitive trigger pads. This pads are perfect for beat productions, launching clips, firing off samples and more.

The 8 assignable knobs, pitch wheel, modulation wheel and single slider give you access to hands on control of your DAW, great for getting control of your virtual instruments (factory presets are included for popular VI's), whilst the dedicated transport controls and track select buttons means you'll be even less 'mouse bound'.

For ease of use, the Oxygen 25 auto-maps its controls to popular DAWS - Ableton Live, Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase.

The package includes a powerful software package for creating music right away, starting with Ableton Live Lite – a dynamic music creation software, that lets musicians develop songs with extensive MIDI and audio processing tools. Twist, an acclaimed spectral-morphing software synthesizer from SONiVOX, creates swirling sonic textures that come to life with inspiring depth and motion.
