The Martin 00013E represents all the qualities that Martin guitars value;- traditional looks, uncompromising tonal quality and superb playability. These qualities are achieved through a carefully selected spec, Martin's rich history of guitar building and cutting edge electronics & design techniques, bringing you the 00013E Electro Acoustic.
Featuring a 000 Auditorium body, this shape is comfortable for the player, in addition to providing a brilliant, versatile tone that adapts to many styles of acoustic play. The 00013E is equipped with a solid Spruce top for a traditional look and reliable sound, however they veer away from the norm here and have instead appointed the back and sides with Siris. This tonewood is distinguished by its golden-brown hue and tightly figured grain pattern similar to Koa, however it's the voice of the wood that stands out, with a bold, balanced and clear sound that is sure to perk up the listeners ears. This rather unique voice and distinctive combination of contrasting woods comes together to present a model that truly stands out amongst the competition, as well as on a stage!
The 00013E is appointed with a selected hardwood neck topped with an FSC certified Richlite fingerboard to present a darker wood contrast against the body wood makeup, as well as providing a more complex depth to its voice. With a 24.9" scale and 14th fret join, this guitar has a focused sound with sustain that would put some jumbo sized guitars to shame. The whole package is completed by the appointment of a Fishman MX-T soundhole pickup, which delivers a lush, natural representation of the acoustic sound of the 00013E, by means of neatly tucked away controls and a built in tuner for easy muted tuning during a performance. The model even comes with a soft-shell case to protect it at home or on the road.
With a proud sound, distinctive aesthetic and modern appointments that would appease even the most demanding of gigging musicians, the Martin 00013E takes a fresh approach to the traditional guitar formula. It may not reinvent the wheel as such, but it certainly pushes the boundaries of quality acoustic craftsmanship.

Absolutely delighted with my Martin 000 13E. Arrived promptly and set up just right for me. Sounds great and plays beautifully. I particularly like the extra fretting space from the 1 3/4 inch neck width.
