Get the look, feel and tone of one of the most iconic guitars without breaking the bank, welcome to the Epiphone Les Paul Standard.
The Les Paul Standard starts with a solid mahogany body that is topped with a plain maple veneer set off with a cream binding. The mahogany set-neck has an ultra playable SlimTaper 'D' neck profile that is complimented with 22 medium jumbo frets and a 24.75 scale. The fingerboard has a modern 12" radiuspau ferro fretboard, making for a hugely playable neck and ideal for those upper fret bends without any unnecessary choking.
The design of the Les Paul in conjunction with a pair of humbucker pickups is how you get that legendary tone - those sweet, thick singing lead tones, crunchy rhythms and heavy power chords can be had in spades thanks to the onboard Alnico Classic/Classic Plus Humbuckers. These specially designed Epiphone pickups utilize the highest quality parts and are built using double vacuum waxing process for a quiet free operation.
As for hardware, well the Epiphone Les Paul Standard doesn't fall short here either. The rock solid LockTone Tune-o-matic bridge and Stopbar allow for a fully adjustable tailpiece that has stood the test of time - all 50 years, whilst the Grover machine heads, Gold Tophat knobs and famous bell shaped truss rod cover all add that a touch of class and reliability that Epiphone guitars are renowned for.
If you're hankering after a Les Paul on a budget, with licensed styling and all the iconic tones you could dream of then the Epiphone Les Paul Standard is a superb option.

Fast deliver and helpful staff. My son says the guitar is really good and has a solid feel to it.
Glad to hear you're enjoying it!
I would first like to say that buying from giggear was a real pleasure they have an amazing variety of everything musical and the staff are very helpful, I am a beginner learning guitar and was given great advice on products they offer , I purchased the epiphone les Paul standard in Pelham blue along with a black star amp which both sound amazing together, obviously as a beginner I do not do the instrument justice But I’m having so much fun learning on a decent piece of kit ,I cannot rate giggear highly enough and as I progress with my learning giggear will always be my go to shop for future purchases.
