Jim Dunlop Crybaby GCB95 Wah Wah
One the most distinctive sounding and most widely used of all guitar effects pedals, the Jim Dunlop Crybaby Wah Wah Pedal is an essential part of any guitarist’s pedalboard.
Dating back to 1966, it was initially adopted by such legendary groundbreaking players as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and laterly, Slash, giving rise to its huge popularity amongst guitarists the world over. This popularity continues to this day as the Dunlop Crybaby continues to be the default Wah of choice for many players seeking that classic sound.
Featuring a rugged die-cast metal construction, the Dunlop Crybaby is designed to be stomped on. The rubber capped footplate prevents the foot from slipping and ensures maximum control over your tone.
The classic Wah Wah tone comes from the inclusion of a 100K ohm Hot Potz potentiometer. This allows the Crybaby to deliver its iconic choppy, abrupt wah sound.
The Dunlop Crybaby Wah can be powered by either a 9 Volt DC mains adaptor (sold separately) or via an on-board 9v battery.
