The Washburn Apprentice D5CE is a traditional dreadnought acoustic guitar featuring a built-in pickup and a cutaway body.
Classic Wood for Rich Tone
The guitar is built with a select spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides, a combination that produces a full, rich acoustic sound.
Inside the body, quarter-sawn scalloped bracing helps the wood vibrate freely for better volume.
The body shape includes a practical cutaway, which makes it much easier to reach the upper frets when practising scales or higher notes.
Durable Construction & Built-in Electronics
For plugged-in playing, the guitar features integrated electronics so you can connect directly to an amplifier or PA system.
The mahogany neck is fitted with a durable engineered wood fretboard, twenty frets, and standard dot inlays.
It is finished in a clean, natural gloss with smart black binding around the edges, and comes fitted with coated acoustic light strings that stay fresh for longer.
