The Gibson Les Paul Junior Tribute DC Bass pays tribute to the historic EB-0 bass from the late 50s, whilst also delivering a new twist with modern features.
With its short scale (30.5"), smaller players will be naturally drawn to it, whilst players that are used to a standard 34" scale will find how easy a short scale bass is to play! Not only does a short scale bass make for a quick playing instrument, it's design also plays a big part in the fundamental tone of the instrument.
When it comes to construction, the Les Paul Junior Tribute DC Bass features a solid mahogany body that is paired with a maple neck topped with a rosewood fingerboard. The neck has comfy rounded profile whilst the fingerboard host 20 medium jumbo frets and dot inlays.
Equipped with a single expanded range LP Bassbucker pickups you get a bass that delivers a vintage bass tone with good amounts punch, power and warmth- ready to drive any band. Added tonal versatility comes via the push/pull volume pot that coil taps the humbucker pickup for a more single coil like tone.
The bass comes fitted with Hipshot ultra-light mini-clover tuners, a 3-point adjustable bridge, and comes complete with a gig bag.
